We have loved living here as we've been working at the University of Utah. It's a central location with quick access to i-80, downtown, IMC hospital, and the ski slopes!
The home has a total of almost 2800 sq. feet on .11 acres, with a 2 car detached garage and fenced back yard. The upstairs has 3 bedrooms and 1 bathroom, living room and a family room, a spacious study and a large mudroom (a rare thing in Sugarhouse homes!).
The basement has 1 bedroom/1 bathroom mother-in-law apartment. Along with tons of storage, laundry and bonus room. See the previous blog post for pictures and information of the basement.
